Are You the Next Five Mom?

The Five Moms campaign’s mission is simple: to encourage parents to share information with other parents about the largely unknown substance abuse trend among teens to abuse over-the-counter cough medicines to get high.

Since 2007, we have successfully reached more than 24 million parents to help educate them about preventing teen cough medicine abuse, and now we are looking for a new Mom to join our campaign! Rules and Regulations

Who can enter Are You the Next Five Mom?
Are You the Next Five Mom? is open to all legal residents of the United States. Employees (and their immediate families and household members, whether or not related) of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA), and their respective member companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and advertising or promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sponsors”) are not eligible to enter or win the Search.

Judging Criteria

Are You the Next Five Mom? is sponsored by CHPA. A panel of CHPA employees will select the Mom from all eligible entries received, based equally upon the following criteria:

The odds of being selected as a winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. We encourage you to nominate yourself, another parent, a peer, or a friend for the Are You the Next Five Mom? search.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a nomination statement of up to 500 words on why the nominee is most deserving of being selected as the next Five Mom. An entrant can nominate herself, or a friend. All submissions must be e-mailed to fivemomscampaign@gmail.com. No other materials will be accepted by Sponsors in connection with the Search. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person. Limit one (1) nomination per person. For the full list of rules and regulations, click here.
